Since 2003, Christian Dorn works as a designer. In these years, he has been designing internationally successful products for renowned manufacturers. In 2011 he founded the STILTREU designstudio together with Marie-Luise Muckenhirn to implement his own ideas.

In addition to the own Christian Dorn furniture collection, which consists of upholstery contract furniture and tables, the STILTREU designstudio creates furniture and products for notable clients.

The name STILTREU (German for "style abiding") is self-explanatory. Christian Dorn is going his own road, without adapting to temporary trends. With his creations, the designer attaches importance to intuitive functionality and precise implementation, design with the highest aesthetic appeal.
